Anonymous The 5 litres of oil arrived leaking due to no packaging in the box ,and EVri delivery van had most of it in the back over the floor.
I am left with only 4 litres of oil .
My order was for a 5 litre along with a 1 litre which was in stock when ordering.
I called saying I needed a replacement of the 1 litre which had leaked out and the 1litre which I had ordered . 3 weeks on and many e mails and no oil as they keep saying it’s not in stock. But on the web site it is .
Very poor service and still can’t do the ill service as I need 6 litres.
So you make up your own mind if this is good customer service and you want to deal with this company
