Status Car Care ISO22241-1 AdBlue® 2 x 10 Litre with Free Pouring Spout

In ref to recant del my neabiour across the rd saw some young school lads messing around with the box so he took it in on my behalf i don't see him as a rule but at the weekend he brought it over to me as I was getting out of the car may I also point out that am not in the habit of saying something I've ordered has not turned up unless I am sure the corrier put it on the door step so my neabiour said and jumped into his van and drove off without looking for a safe place to leave it I am some what disappointed in the email I got kindof threating way about fraud as I said I've ordered from you before I've never had an issuse but on this occasion it shows that your customer service are some what shall we say not very professional if that would of been me I would of asked the courier as to were and how did they leave the box and futher more as to why they did not put it out of proper eyes instead leave it as to were the whole world could see it I am not a fraudster as your email suggested and yes I would of had no issuse contacting the police in ref to the matter but in this case my neighbour across the rd saw kids messing and intervene to stop them as to what they were doing then took the box back to his house he works nights and I work during the day so we do not see each another very often so I thank you for your patience in this matter but as I said I wouldof had no issues but I am not going to be called a lier nor a fraudster but thank you any way a copies of your email has been printed for other customers to see in ref to your courier may I suggest you take matters up with them in relation to the manner they conduct them selfs as this could of been avoided qute easily but using a bit of comman sence and to asatain if that in fact was a safe place to leave the box or any box or packet for that matter after all customers order stock you detach the items then it's up to the corrier to do there job right but in this case they did not and the customer has to suffer and the hands of your customers support calling customersthief's and fraudsters that is very very poor support from a company like your self's but needless say it's done now I've made my point clear may I bid you a good day and happy trading from all of us customers
