This will be refunded upon the return of your empty IBC with all seals intact.
If you are not returning an empty IBC when the new one is delivered please get in touch to arrange the deposit payment.
We will contact you to arrange delivery of your IBC.
The delivery time for an IBC is currently 5 working days.

As standard, our delivery is 3 to 5 working days. However, we try our best to get it sooner.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 days providing item has not been opened or used and returned to us. The customer must pay for the return postage. If item is damaged, please contact us at to arrange replacement or refund. Refunded money will be in customers account within 5 working days of receipt of the item.
